Definitions and Interpretation
The following definitions apply across all documents in this Legal Pack unless otherwise specified:

| "Platform" | The Nubya social networking application, website, and all associated services accessible via nubya.app or Nubya mobile applications. |
| "Nubya" | Nubya Inc. (or relevant operating entity), its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and authorized agents. |
| "User" / "You" | Any individual or legal entity that accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform. |
| "Content" | All text, images, videos, audio, live streams, messages, profile data, and any other material uploaded, posted, or transmitted by Users on the Platform. |
| "Account" | A registered user profile enabling access to Platform features. |
| "Personal Data" | Information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined under applicable data protection law. |
| "GDPR" | The EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and any equivalent or successor legislation. |
| "CCPA" | The California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100 et seq.) and the California Privacy Rights Act. |
| "DMCA" | The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) of the United States. |
| "Effective Date" | 1 January 2026 unless otherwise stated in a specific document. |
